Room for rent near Arlanda – Märsta/Valsta I am renting out a nice and pleasant room in my home in Märsta/Valsta. The room is suitable for someone looking for safe and long-term accommodation, who is responsible, orderly, and considerate. About the room: * Pull-out bed that can be up to 160 cm wide * Large PAX wardrobe with plenty of storage * Smart TV * Bright and pleasant room Location: * Only about 2 minutes walk to Valsta Centrum * About 15 minutes to Märsta center * Direct bus to Märsta station * Close to Arlanda, which is great for those who work at or near the airport * Good bus connections * Apartment is a 4-room apartment but only renting out one room. * Rent includes heating, water, electricity, and internet. Parking is available to rent for 300 SEK/month. I am mainly looking for a responsible person who wants to live here for a longer period and who is non-smoking (can smoke outside) and well-behaved.
