It is an apartment of 108 square meters, plus a balcony and a winter garden. The apartment is largely completely renovated and in good condition. There is a laundry room and gym in the association. The room being rented out is about 10 square meters and a mini fridge may be set up there to make it more practical. Outside, there is a bus station, and the nearest subway is the station of the Royal Institute of Technology. KTH is about a 5-10 minute walk away. The School of Economics and Stockholm University are also within close reach. My brother and I are now renting out the room because it is vacant and could be put to use. I myself am studying in Uppsala and my brother is studying at Stockholm University. Primarily looking for a student as a tenant.
