I am renting out a bright and pleasant room in a spacious detached house in Søm, Kristiansand. The house has ample space and nice common areas with a modern kitchen, bathroom, large living room, and a large terrace. The residence is located in a quiet area with good bus connections to Kristiansand city center and UiA. A little about me: I am a 29-year-old woman, trained as a social worker, and work full-time in Tvedestrand with regular working hours Monday to Friday. I am calm, social, and tidy, and I appreciate the home being a pleasant and relaxing place to be. I also have two lovely indoor cats 🐱🐱, so you must be comfortable living with cats. Since we will be sharing a home and common areas, it is important for me that the chemistry is right. I am looking for a calm, pleasant, and responsible girl, preferably 25 years or older, who wants a stable and nice place to live. You are welcome to be working or a student.
