Nice apartment in a good area. You rent a bedroom in a 3-room flat. The apartment is used for overnight stays a few nights a month. You have access to your room, the kitchen, and the living room. Overnight stays are announced in advance. We only use the bedroom and bathroom, very little use of the kitchen. The living room, bedroom, hall, and kitchen are newly renovated. We are a couple working as an educator and at an authority. No pets with fur. In a quiet area. 5 minutes to the bus and 5 minutes by bus to the commuter train and then 16 minutes to the central station. Night buses are available from the city. 5 minutes from Kvarnbergsplan with grocery store and restaurant. Possibility of longer stay. Electricity and internet are included in the rent.
