Nice spacious apt with nice views to both the west and east. Clean and neatly furnished. A hall, bathroom, spacious kitchen, and a large living room/bedroom. Electricity is included in the rent. Broadband is not included. Bus right outside. Quiet area. I am renting out as I will live abroad. Not clear when I will need the apt back but 2 months to start with. I only rent to a well-behaved person and no pets and no parties. Good references and a stable income are required.
