A furnished room for rent in a quiet and pleasant area on Grusåsgränd in Enskededalen. The apartment is on the second floor of a two-story apartment, with no residence above. From the room, there is access to a balcony facing the room. The tenant also has access to the furnished living room. The apartment has excellent transport links and it takes about 7 minutes by subway to central Stockholm. The tenant will have a lot of peace and privacy most of the time. Initially, only one person will live with the landlord in the apartment. There is a full bathroom and a separate toilet on the entrance level. Rental terms: Rental period: 1 year, with the possibility of extension. A written and formal rental agreement will be established. Rent is paid regularly every two months. Deposit equivalent to one month's rent. In case of termination, a 3-month notice period applies from the landlord's side. If the rent is not paid or if the tenant violates the terms of the agreement, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the agreement according to applicable regulations. Smoking, alcohol, and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
