Welcome to our bright and well-designed apartment in the heart of Hornstull! Since we are going traveling, we are now renting out our home to one or two quiet, serious, and responsible guests. The apartment has a really smart layout with plenty of built-in and hidden storage. There is a fine and functional kitchen as well as a large, bright living room with space for both a sofa and a dining table. For chilly evenings, it's really cozy to light the fire in the stove. Outside the window, there is a princely balcony (10 sqm) facing the leafy courtyard with evening sun for much of the year. Since it faces inward toward the courtyard, it is completely quiet and calm inside, despite the central location. Thanks to infrared heating and an awning, you can enjoy the balcony for most of the year. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw (about 100 meters) from Hornstull center with the subway's red line and several buses that quickly take you wherever you want. Just around the corner, you have a wide range of restaurants, cafes, and green areas like Reimersholme and Tantolunden. For everyday chores, there are several Ica stores, liquor stores, pharmacies, and a wide range of shopping within easy reach. The residence is rented out partially furnished with the larger necessities in place – such as TV, bed, sofa, table, and chairs – but you complement it with simpler housewares like dishes as needed. Broadband is included in the rent, and the association also offers a well-equipped laundry room.
