Welcome to a cozy and inviting apartment at Brattlikollen! Even though the apartment is compact at 25 sqm, it feels much larger thanks to the high ceilings and a practical loft – perfect for sleeping space or extra storage. The apartment is rented out furnished and ready for moving in. The furnishing can otherwise be adjusted according to the tenant's needs. I have enjoyed living in the apartment very much for 11 years, but I am renting it out now because I am moving to Stavanger, and hope to find a tenant who will enjoy it as much as I have. About the apartment The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, oven, and a nice dining group – plenty of space to cook and eat. The living room has a comfortable couch, an oak glass table, and a nice ceiling height that gives an airy and bright feeling even in a small space. There is also a bookshelf and two wardrobes for good storage. The bathroom is nicely and practically furnished. The apartment is located on the top floor, which makes it always warm – in addition, the apartment has a radiator that heats well. Internet/broadband is included in the rent. On this floor, there is only one neighbor, and the apartment is located furthest away – an extra quiet location. Right next to the apartment, there is a private storage room with ample space for outerwear and shoes, as well as shelves, a freezer, and a microwave that can be freely used. In the basement, there is a nice and modern laundry room with a booking system via app. In the living room, there is also an Italian designed sofa bed of good quality – a great option for those who do not like to sleep at a height on the loft. Location The apartment is situated in a nice and quiet residential area at Brattlikollen – a short distance to the metro, Ekeberg and great hiking areas, and only 15 minutes to Oslo S.
