Comfortable apartment for rent October - mid-April! Since we will be abroad, we want to rent out our apartment. It is located in a quiet and leafy area in Bredäng. Available for six and a half months, from October until mid-April. We have invested in comfort in our choice of furnishings etc. It is a three-room apartment with a kitchen, 82 square meters. Two balconies, washing machine with drying, stable and fairly fast internet (WIFI and cable) are available. The apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped. Two TVs (one of which is a smart TV) and very comfortable TV armchairs. In the bedroom, we have a very comfortable and newly purchased double bed, 180 cm. The other bedroom is furnished as a home office. There's an option to connect your computer to a large screen or use this room as an extra TV room. Two inflatable guest mattresses are available, so the room can be used as, for example, a guest room. In our neighborhood, there are laundry rooms, swap rooms, sauna, community room, and hobby room, etc. The bus stop is around the corner. Seven minutes' walk to the subway, which takes you to central Stockholm in ten minutes. Approximately three minutes' drive to E4-E20. (It's probably possible to arrange a parking space if you have a car. Right now, six spaces are available.) Shops, gym, restaurants, and health center, etc., are about a seven-minute walk away. For those who like to walk/jog, there are lit running/walking trails nearby ...and beautiful nature. Home insurance is included in the rent. The rent is SEK 9780/month + possible fees to Qasa. In addition, there are fees for internet and electricity (total about SEK 1000/month).
