Cozy and bright room on the second floor in terraced house Hello! We are renting out a 10 sqm room on the upper floor of our terraced house in Ekeby in Uppsala and we are looking for a female tenant. Move-in is at the end of August and the exact date will be determined by agreement. The apartment is a total of 108 sqm with four bedrooms, kitchen and living room and has a cozy terrace at the back where it is pleasant to sit under the evening sun. It is close to the student nations, Blåsenhus, Carolina Rediviva as well as Ekonomikum. The rent is 5000 SEK and what is included in the rent is: - Water, electricity, heating. - Wifi - Dishwasher - Laundry room is on the neighboring estate and there are many available laundry times that are easy to book. On the upper floor there is a bathroom as well as one on the ground floor. The room for rent is furnished and has a wardrobe, bed, desk, desk chair, bookshelf, and dresser. The room has a lot of sunlight and has a large window. We do not want any new hooks to be put up or any new holes to be made in the walls. Currently, there are already some hooks set up for photos or paintings. Storage possibilities in the kitchen, refrigerator, and freezer will of course be available. - Waste collection is included - Bicycle parking is available We provide dish soap, hand soap in the bathrooms and kitchen, and all cleaning products required to clean the common areas. Right now we are four people living here as well as a small dog. Liking dogs is a must. Our dog is a bit reserved at first, so it takes some time to get to know her. The house is very central, so you can get to Uppsala's center in 7 minutes by bike. There is also a bus stop about 2 minutes from the house and several buses go from there to the city center.
