A credit note is not an obstacle to renting the apartment. The security deposit is 1 month and the lease can be made outside the Qasa system. The two bedrooms are spacious and contain plenty of closet space. Contrary to the picture, previous tenants have painted the kitchen with a dark shade and additionally the stove has been upgraded to ceramic. Updated pictures can be obtained by email or WhatsApp. The building has a club room, jogging sauna (+ the possibility to reserve your own sauna slot), and a shower room. Tokens for the shower room can be purchased from the property management office. The apartment includes a 25Mt/10Mt internet connection, which is good for watching streaming services or having remote meetings. Parking spaces are available and must be reserved separately from the property management office (18 euros/month). The rent includes a storage cage and a basement cold room. There is a separate storage for bicycles and the housing association also has its own library in the club room. Nearby area: The Sale in Hiidensalmi serves within walking distance with extensive opening hours. Routionmäki unified school is a stone's throw away. It's about four kilometers to the services of Lohja's center. Also nearby is Routio beach and in winter the opportunity for ice swimming. From Routio you can conveniently access the Turku highway. In the vicinity, there are nature trails, a carpet washing place, and a frisbee golf course.
