Both Sagtjernet and Vesletjernet with swimming areas and nice recreational areas are about 1 km from the property. The way is also not long to both Stavåsen and Svartholtet, which both offer great hiking and training areas. Here, you have miles of fine cycling and hiking trails in the summer months, and in winter there are groomed cross-country ski trails and a lighted ski trail for various activities. The bedsit is equipped with a bed, dining table with two chairs, wardrobe, shelves, own kitchen, mini fridge with freezer, two hotplates, kitchen fan, kettle, microwave, water heater, furniture, living room table, TV table, floor lamp, ceiling lamp, curtains, smoke detector, and fire extinguisher. A shared bathroom and communal garden for the tenant to use. A deposit equivalent to three months' rent is placed in a deposit account. *500kr of the rent is allocated for electricity use per bedsit.
