The house is heated by waterborne heat generated by a geothermal heat pump. Fresh air ventilation ensured by an FTX system. The house is equipped with solar panels and an electric car charger. Thus, this is an energy-efficient house with relatively low heating costs. You can reach Stockholm's city center in 22 minutes by car, and direct buses to Gullmarsplan and Stockholm C depart from the bus stop 450 meters away. School and preschool are within one kilometer distance. The Alby nature reserve, with hiking trails, running tracks, a disc golf course, and a swimming area, is just 250 meters further down the same cul-de-sac. The reserve connects directly to Tyresta National Park. In Tyresö there is an active community life with a wide range of various types of leisure activities. We really enjoy living in this house and hope that others can do so during the time we are on an overseas assignment.
