Next to the living room is a room accessible from both the hallway and the living room, which can be used as a bedroom, office, or dining area. From the corridor, there is access to a closet with shelves that can hold items, and there is also a hanger rod. Downstairs in the civil defense shelter, there is a mesh storage and, in another area, a cold storage with its own compartment as well. Good apartment for a family, couple, student/students. The rental agreement is extended as needed to only be rented. Also rented to companies for accommodation. The housing association is expected to start a plumbing renovation at the beginning of next summer, you can live here for about half a year more.
