We are 2 girls looking for a renter. The room is furnished as per the photo and has privacy protection. Only renting to a girl. The apartment is located in front of the commuter train station at Jordbro, 30 minutes to T-central. Buses stop on the other side of the road, and Jordbro center is about 3 minutes away, where there is a grocery store, flowers, hairdresser, a couple of restaurants, and the library. There is also a post office and a secondhand store. You will have access to all common areas, such as the living room, kitchen, toilet, bathroom, and balcony. The rent is 4500, including electricity, internet, and insurance. 1-month deposit, 1-month notice period for both parties. The rent for my apartment is high, hence I'm looking for a roommate to share the rent with. We are 2 girls who stay at home part-time. We are keen on making sure everyone is comfortable and that we clean up after ourselves. We take turns with other cleaning. Contact if interested.
