The apartment is 58 square meters and three of us live in the apartment. Everyone has their own room but shares the kitchen and bathroom. There are no common areas. The neighborhood is quiet and nicely central. Close to public transport, parks, and water. The room is suitable for someone studying, and the requirement is that we who live together respect each other and show consideration. Everyone cleans up after themselves when they have used the kitchen and bathroom. Laundry room one flight down WIFI. From now in August, work will be carried out outside the apartment until the end of November, which will mean that there will be scaffolding outside the window and probably no view. Furthermore, there will probably be noise as they are going to replace the balconies.
