LARGE ROOM NEAR VINTERVIKEN! Our current tenant is moving in with his girlfriend a few streets away. Now we are looking for a nice replacement. Share large 3-room apartment. Strong 5G internet. Not a collective. Everyone lives their own lives and is as social as they want. We share the responsibility of keeping it clean and tidy. WHO ARE WE? We are two guys of mixed ages looking for another cool person. Easygoing atmosphere where everyone takes care of their own things. Andreas, actor, Mårten, educational consultant who makes cartoons in his free time. Mårten works from home in periods but travels away 2 weeks/month to teach students. Andreas is away during the day and often in the evenings. THE APARTMENT Solid kitchen with all machines, plenty of space in the fridge and freezers. Bathtub and power showers. The apartment overlooks a green area. Walkway for evening sun. Bright room with large windows. Modern, fresh, laundry room where it is easy to get times. Preferably long-term rental (but not required). We will write a contract with one month's deposit. WHAT IS INCLUDED? Electricity and WiFi are included in the rent. The total rent is 6500. No service fee (as Blocket states). THE AREA There are plenty of natural areas for jogging and walking. Many cafes, bars, delis, bookshops, shops, art galleries, grocery stores, and restaurants from all around the world. Gym by the metro. Coop and a delicatessen opposite the apartment and a restaurant in the same building. Vinterviken's cliff bath within crawling distance. Wonderful in the summer! Many travel here from all over Stockholm to swim. Location: 1 min to Örnsberg metro, 5 min to Vinterviken cliff bath. Aspudden is quiet and pleasant yet close to the city. Södermalm within walking distance, or 5 min by subway. Heavily gentrified. Many work in media and there are many small children, which is a good sign that the area is safe and quiet.
