The area is scenic and is located adjacent to Klarälvsbanan and is an older residential area along Edsgatan next to Lake Alstern. Klarälvsbanan is part of Karlstad's bicycle path system. It is only a few minutes' walk to the local bus, which runs every 20 minutes. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer/dishwasher/stove/oven/microwave. The bathroom has a washing machine/shower/toilet. Rent is 4,500 SEK/month. Including electricity and fiber connection. You are responsible for choosing the selection. The apartment is furnished with a bed, desk, chest of drawers, cabinet, table, two armchairs, 3 bar stools (for bar area), office chair, rugs, and with the most necessary household items. The apartment is rented to you who are studying or will be studying at Karlstad University and is rented out for the academic year, fall and spring semesters. You should be pet and smoke-free and not have any payment remarks. In the apartment, only one person is allowed to live with the exception of short-term guests who visit for a few nights.
