Hi, I am now renting out my cozy 1.5-room apartment with a 7-minute walk to Hyllie station. You are close to a green area, a grocery store, and the Emporia shopping center where you can find everything. I am renting out the apartment indefinitely as it is up for sale since I am moving to Gothenburg, with a 1-month notice for the apartment. Renting out unfurnished, possibly partially furnished depending on what suits us best.
