Move-in October 1st Hi There is an available room in the collective "Kojan" at Lugnet in Malmö. It is an apartment of 93sqm in a central location on a quiet street between the Triangle and Malmö C. It is a 4-room apartment with 2 bathrooms with bathtubs, balcony, walk-in closet, basement storage, bicycle storage. The room is approx. 16sqm and the rent is 5400sek/month where everything is included in the rent; Electricity, internet, home insurance (liability). 1 month deposit. The room is partially furnished and can be filled with more furniture if desired or you can add your own stuff. We are 2 people together with a 3-year-old child who lives here every other weekend. We are orderly and enjoy companionship, at the same time we respect personal time. I, Hamid, 34, am studying my final year as a medical massage therapist and frequently train in my spare time. Running, calisthenics, wrestling, dancing, and much more! Otherwise, I enjoy gardening and cooking (vegan for about 10 years). Shayan 33 Hi! 👋 My name is Shayan and I am 33 years old.
