Furnished room in a spacious, friendly home near nature and the city We are looking for one more flatmate to join our friendly shared home: three people and one friendly dog. The furnished room is 10.4 m² and comes with a bed, desk, chair, coat hanger and cupboard. It is available from now. The apartment is spacious, 119 m² in total, with five rooms and a kitchen, two bathrooms and one shower. I am also adding a dishwasher, which should make everyday shared living easier. The location is calm and green, with a small lake about seven minutes away by foot and a nature reserve just around the corner. It is a good place if you like having nature nearby while still staying well connected to the city. The commute is easy: it takes about 13 minutes by subway to central Stockholm, and there is a direct bus to Stockholm University. You would be sharing the apartment with Kave, who works with law and human rights, and his friendly labradoodle. The home is meant to be relaxed, respectful and easy to live in. The other flatmate is from Finland and will be coming to Stockholm for her studies at the end of August. We are looking for someone who values a safe, kind and considerate shared home, where people respect each other and communicate openly.
