We have a multi-family property, where we also live ourselves. On the plot, we have a modern cottage right by the shore of Lake Helga. We usually rent it out to students because we want to use the cottage ourselves during the summer. The cottage consists of a living room including a kitchenette with large windows facing the lake, a small bedroom with a workspace, and a toilet with a shower. Access to a washing machine in the landlord's basement. There is a wooden deck around the cottage on three sides. Water, heating, and household electricity are included in the rent of 5500 SEK/month. Own wireless broadband is required. Good bus connections/bike paths to the city and Linnaeus University. Bus stop located just outside the plot. References and a meeting with you who are interested are required. Rented to one person, who is pet- and smoke-free. Interested?
