Large living room with a large balcony overlooking a residential area and many green areas. I am now renting out the apartment as my partner and I have moved to a new apartment. Today the apartment is partially furnished: there is storage in the hall/hall furniture, storage in the bedroom, and outdoor furniture on the balcony. If you want the apartment empty, that can be arranged. The association is stable and has a large enclosed green area. In the area there are barbecue areas, playgrounds, herb garden, cultivation area, pavilion, and various fruits/berries that are free to pick when living in the area.
