Mörbyvägen, Vallentuna

Hello! I'm going to travel for a while and therefore I am renting out my furnished two-room apartment of 60.5 sqm in central Vallentuna. The apartment is available for moving in at the end of September. It is a bright and very nice apartment with a practical indoor storage. The absolute best thing about the home is the large, lovely garden! There are some trees there and plenty of space for you who like to garden or just want to sit outside and relax. The location couldn’t be better, you live right by Vallentuna center. It takes only 2 minutes to walk to the train (Roslagsbanan) and buses, so it’s super fast to commute to Stockholm or Täby. Everything you need such as grocery stores, gyms, and cafes are around the corner, but the street itself is very quiet and pleasant. What is included in the rent: Heating, hot water, and cable TV. Who I am looking for: I am looking for a responsible and completely smoke-free person (or a couple) with stable finances who wants to take care of my apartment and garden while I’m away. No pets is a plus.
