The house is approximately 80 sqm and has three bedrooms, providing plenty of space for both everyday life and flexibility. One of the bedrooms can be advantageously used as an office, guest room, or hobby room. The layout is functional and easy to furnish, with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom, as well as several separate rooms that create a good balance between common areas and privacy. The kitchen is designed for everyday use and offers good opportunities for cooking. The living room provides space for both socializing and relaxation. The residence feels bright and pleasant and is suitable for a slower pace, remote work, or creative projects. The property is rented out allergen-free, which means no pets are allowed. Smoking is not allowed indoors. The rent includes the use of the entire property. Electricity, broadband, and TV, as well as waste, are not included and are borne by the tenant separately.
