We are renting out our nice apartment as we will be abroad for 3 months, possibly 4 (Jan-Mar). 1 floor up. A hallway with a large mirror, clothes rack, 2 wardrobes and 2 smaller cabinets above them. Bedroom with wardrobe, a narrower wardrobe and small cabinet above them. Large windows with a view of our nice courtyard + greenhouse that has won awards🥹 A large bathroom, with shower (2 rounded glass doors), toilet, sink with vanity, mirror cabinet, laundry bench and combo machine. Open plan living room and kitchen. Everything you need is in the kitchen, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge+freezer, recycling bins and cleaning cabinet. Large windows and good light. Large balcony (4x2m) that runs along the entire wall for kitchen+living room. Water, electricity and internet included in the rent. Can be rented partially furnished or empty, we discuss this. Possibility of monthly parking outside for approximately 500 SEK per month (not a personal space). There are 2 recycling rooms and 2 garbage rooms. Super nice courtyard on one side, parking and train on the other side (nothing is heard with closed windows, we keep them open year-round and are not disturbed by the noise). 3-5 minutes walk to the commuter train. There are an Ica, Pressbyrån, restaurants, flower shop, library, kiosk right at Vega station. Hemköp and Port73 within walking distance about 15 minutes. Core gym, Nordic Wellness are the closest, there is also Sats a little further away. About 20 minutes walking distance to Haninge Centre. We have lived here for 3 years and moved in as soon as it was newly built. No pets or smokers allowed.
