Grudegatan, Borås

We have an extra bedroom of about 10sqm with a 120cm bed and a sturdy desk. There is space for a wardrobe and/or dresser. The room is located next to a guest room and a bathroom with a shower. A door can be closed to separate this room, the guest room and the bathroom from the rest of the ground floor (see the last picture). There is a fridge on the ground floor but no kitchen, and you are welcome to use the house's kitchen on the upper floor. Additionally, there are three children living here, aged 3-8 years old. We have all our bedrooms on the upper floor, where we also have a kitchen, bathroom, and a living room. We have an entrance on the upper floor, and there is a separate entrance to the ground floor that you as a tenant are welcome to use. It is about 3km to the university and 1.5km to the hospital. There are good cycling paths from here and it is right on the edge of Kypeskogen (recreational area). It is 450m to the bus stop where buses 1, 3, and 5 depart. You are welcome to keep a bicycle in our garage. We are looking for a well-behaved and responsible tenant with a steady economy who doesn’t smoke. We believe this could suit you if you are a student at the university or for another reason need a room in Borås.
