Skylight with remote-controlled blackout blinds. Open floor plan; kitchen with dishwasher, small fridge, and freezer compartment. Toilet with washing machine. The rent includes TV, internet, and water. Electricity is extra. Renting out indefinitely as I recently had a child and live in another place. You need to take out your own home insurance and present it before moving in, according to the housing association's regulations.
