The apartment is spacious and through-going with light from two directions with an unobstructed view of the square without any insight. Rented furnished with a 140 bed, sofa, table, and 55-inch Smart TV that can be turned towards the bed. Three wardrobes in the hall. The apartment has a large kitchen with space for a dining table and chairs as well as a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and pantry. The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower. Balcony is available in the stairwell towards the courtyard. The association has a cozy, private courtyard with a barbecue area and protected dining area, as well as bicycle parking. The laundry room is easily accessible. Even though you live in the middle of the city, the apartment is very quiet and relaxing, but around the corner, you can find everything you can imagine. At St Knut you are close to everything. Store, gym, and Folkets Park are just around the corner and close to lovely green areas such as Pildammsparken. Close connections to both trains and buses with direct buses to Lund and Malmö Central just outside, as well as walking distance to the Triangeln train station/shopping center with direct trains to Copenhagen, as well as walking distance to Södervärn Station. St Knut is a cozy neighborhood, especially in the summer, with cafes, small shops/restaurants, and close to the market. Rent refers to accommodation for one person. For two people, another rent can be discussed. The extension is dependent on the association's approval.
