Hello! I am renting out my incredibly cozy two-room apartment in Sundbyberg for a longer period. I would like to start with 6 months to see if it's a good match. After that, at least another 6 months and so on. Move-in can be arranged according to agreement. The apartment has an open and airy feel with high ceilings throughout the home (over 3 m in the bedroom) and large windows that create a lovely influx of light. There is a spacious bathroom equipped with a combined washer and dryer. The apartment has a large balcony in a sunny location with afternoon sun. The transport connections are within walking distance (about 4-5 minutes) to the subway, commuter trains, light rail, and buses. The apartment can be rented furnished, partially furnished, or unfurnished according to agreement. The rent includes: • Heating • Water • Broadband Electricity is added according to consumption. There is a small storage that may be included. Garage space/parking space can be arranged for around 1000 SEK/month. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building but 1st floor with elevator because there is a ground floor. My priority is to find a stable and reliable tenant. I have preliminary pictures from before the move right now (moved about 8 months ago). Can absolutely send more pictures/videos.
