Unique chance to live in cozy St Knut! My small family is trying to live in Stockholm and therefore renting out our 3-room apartment located in a courtyard house with gardens on all sides and fantastic neighbors. The apartment is 80 square meters and has windows facing west and east. It is located on the first floor of the courtyard house, perfect if you have children who often run in and out. There is both a washing machine and a dishwasher, but also access to a communal laundry room and drying attic if needed. The apartment will be furnished with basic furniture like a bed, sofa, dining table, but what stays or not can be discussed. There is space in a storage room if desired. It's a small association, so if you live here, you're expected to help out where you can in the garden and on cleaning days. If you're keen on hanging out with the neighbors, that's a plus! There are two courtyards with a sandbox, ping pong table, hammock, and the possibility to grow in a planting box (there's a stable base with rhubarb, parsley, and strawberries). The rent includes internet, heating, electricity, and gas. Pets are discouraged. The contract is written for one year with a high possibility of extension.
