Smedstorp, Norsholm

Hello! I will have a house in Skärkind, Norsholm to rent out for a year with the possibility of extension starting at the end of October. The house is approximately 80 sqm. The ground floor consists of one room, kitchen, and bathroom, and the upper floor has an open plan where we currently have a TV room and office. There are 2 fireplaces in the house. The house is located on a farm where there are cows and horses. I have a horse on the farm and it is a big plus if the person who wants to rent the house is potentially interested in being a part-time rider on our horse or wants to spend time with the horses. We are happy to rent out furnished with a dining table, chairs, bed, sofa, desk, and TV. But of course, we can adapt. 8,500 SEK in rent without furniture.
