I am renting out my large and spacious studio in Södertälje Hamn. The apartment has a separate kitchen with plenty of space and a good layout that gives a feeling of being larger than a regular studio. The residence is located in a quiet and pleasant area, only about 3 minutes from the Södertälje Hamn commuter train station, which offers very good opportunities for public transportation and smooth commuting options. I plan to rent out the apartment for about 2 years, as I will be living with my partner and also studying during this period. The housing cooperative approves rentals in periods of 6 months, and I will apply for an extension when each period expires. The apartment can be rented furnished or unfurnished, depending on what suits the tenant best.
