Hello! I am going to move abroad for 10 months for studies. It is a 2-room apartment that is furnished. It is rented out second-hand and owned by Wilhem. Electric scooter is available in the apartment for free use. Also several 'hidden' speakers like bookshelf speakers and picture frame that are synced (I like automation). Cat is not included.
