I am going to try living together with my partner and therefore I am renting out my apartment for a year with a chance for extension. It is a cozy studio on the 5th floor with a balcony and storage in the apartment. Walking distance (10 minutes) to both Telefonplan and Midsommarkransen. It is 9 minutes by metro from Telefonplan to Slussen and 13 minutes to T-Centralen. Close to park, gym (Sats and STC), grocery store (5 minutes walking distance) and restaurants. Broadband, water and electricity are added with actual costs.
