Hello, my name is Maria and I am 61 years old. For 15 years, I have been renting out a room in my too-large apartment, which is centrally located, just a few minutes from the central station and Nordstan. Here you have all the communication to all universities and schools just a minute away (unless you want to bike or walk). The apartment is a 3-room and kitchen on a split level. The room I rent out is on the second floor where there is also, for the most part, a private bathroom. You also have access to the kitchen, your own shelf in the fridge and freezer, as well as storage space in the kitchen. I wish to rent to someone who is calm and keeps order around them. You do not need to be smoke-free BUT no smoking indoors. Unfortunately, I cannot accept pets.
