This may mean a quick move-out (within a month), but it may also be longer if the buyer can wait. 2) It may take about a month before you can move in (from the approved contract on Qasa) due to administrative work with the housing association. 3) Viewings may be scheduled, and you will receive a rent reduction for the inconvenience. 4) Upon moving out, you need to clean thoroughly so that it looks like it did before.
