We are looking for our new long-term tenant in OTTSJÖ/UNDERSÅKER Someone who wishes to live in the countryside with proximity to mountains, lake & ICA with all rights Warm rent 8000 SEK/month including everything such as - Fiber - Electricity - Heating - Waste collection - Water and sewage charge - Snow removal, etc., etc. We rent out the right side of the house, which is about 60 sqm. We come up a few times a year when we stay in the left part of the house. In Entrance there is a small hallway towards the bathroom which consists of toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer Kitchen & living room all in one. It is furnished there. Available fridge & freezer, coffee maker, kettle, bench dishwasher & all the accessories you need for a kitchen, kitchen table & sofa Heating consists of direct electricity & a heat pump. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms A small bedroom, where you can have an office or bed. & The other bedroom has plenty of space for a double bed. But also more space for something else like a dresser or a desk if desired. Only your imagination can set limits ☺️ You are free to repaint, if desired, as long as we approve the color choice. As a tenant, you are responsible for mowing the lawn during the summer months. Shovel snow, the road from our parking lot, up to the house. Bring down the garbage bin every other week, down the slope below the house. Snow association shovels all roads & up to our house/parking. We are looking for someone who can move in immediately
