I am renting out a room in a large 4-bedroom apartment near Gullmarsplan, one room is already rented long-term to a student, I am looking for another student for the 3rd room starting as early as September 12th for a longer term. NOTE: only female applicants as we want to feel safe at home. The room has a 120 cm bed, wardrobe and 2 dressers, as well as a desk. Access to the living room, bathroom with bathtub, kitchen where we share a large fridge and freezer, and you have a part in a larger pantry. We have some rules… no pets, no children, no friends staying over, and no parties… ONLY 1 person renting the room! Nearby subway, about 2 min, center, gym and large nature area and close to Södermalm as well as T-Centralen. Advance rent 4800 SEK / month, deposit 5000 SEK, and we share electricity among 3 people.
