Very nice and well-planned three-room apartment with a balcony in the quiet and child-friendly Solberga. The apartment is well-maintained, offering excellent condition throughout. The fully tiled bathroom is from 2011 when the association carried out plumbing replacement. The apartment has light colors with good natural light from windows on three sides. A nice kitchen with dining area, two good bedrooms, fresh and practical bathroom with washing machine, and good storage options. The living room offers plenty of space, a functioning fireplace, and access to the balcony which faces the association's courtyard. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has a 120-bed. Internet is included in the rent. Electricity is also included (up to 600 SEK/month) in the rent. 12 minutes walking distance to Telefonplan or 5 minutes on a voi. Bus 142 takes you to Telefonplan or to Älvsjö station in a few minutes. From Sulvägen, bus 726 goes directly to Fridhemsplan. I am renting it out because I am going to try living with my boyfriend :)
