A charming single-story house with all the amenities (including internet, electricity, and water included in the rent), only 130 meters from the sea and the harbor. Enjoy the fantastic nature with long walks along the coast and fresh sea air. The house is 150 sqm and is perfect for a family with up to two children, as there is plenty of space for both gathering and quiet moments. We also have a kind and independent cat who would love to stay during the rental. He manages well on his own and only needs a little food and cuddles occasionally. 🌿 Accommodation Large social areas, three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with single beds. Patios on both sides of the house, so there's a chance for sunshine all day long. Two open fireplaces indoors and one outdoors. Hi-fi system for streaming music and a vinyl player. TV with Apple TV in the living room and a TV in the kitchen connected to Audio Pro speakers. The kitchen is equipped with an oven from Bertazzoni, a cooktop from AEG, a Moccamaster coffee maker, air fryer, microwave, powerful blender, and everything else needed to cook nice dinners. The living room is divided into three sections, one being a TV room, another for listening, and the third for playing the piano and tending to the fireplace. The house is optimized for peace and quiet, in other words :) Guest access The guest will have access to the entire house. Internet, electricity, and water are included in the rent. Other things to note We have a cat that needs to be taken care of and remains in the house during the rental. We rent out because we live abroad during the period and need someone to take care of our cat and want to live by the sea during this period. The nearest bus stop is Gerdas äng with buses to Höganäs, Ängelholm, and Helsingborg.
