I am renting out a room in my four-room apartment (newly built and fresh) to a calm, orderly, and responsible person. Primarily, I wish to rent it out to someone studying at Chalmers, the University of Gothenburg, or similar institutions. Bus 64's stop is right outside, with 12 minutes to Chalmers and 16 minutes to Vasaplatsen. At the same time, it's close to a grocery store and Ruddalen's outdoor area. The room is located directly by the apartment's hallway and is approximately eight square meters. It is furnished with a 120 cm bed (duvet and pillow), desk, office chair, bookshelf, and wardrobe. You have access to a shared kitchen, shared bathroom with shower, washing machine, and a bicycle storage room in the basement. I live in the apartment, and sometimes my partner and occasionally one of my adult children stay over.
