The apartment is located 5 minutes from the center and 10 minutes from the commuter train. The rent is 5,000 SEK/month. A deposit of one month’s rent is applied. Electricity, water, internet, as well as access to laundry room, kitchen, balcony, and bathroom are included in the rent. I am a woman looking for a woman who is pet- and smoke-free to rent the room.
