Room for rent – private entrance and large private bathroom and fridge/hotplates/microwave Our current tenant is moving on, and therefore we are looking for a new nice person who wants to rent our room! The room is located upstairs with its own entrance and has a newly renovated shower and toilet (renovated in 2021). There is a fridge and cooking facilities with a hotplate/hotplates and a microwave. The room is rented out partially furnished, but if you want to rent it completely unfurnished, that is also possible. Rent includes: • Broadband • Electricity • Heating • Water Great location in Uppsala/Ekeby Close to Studentstaden and within cycling distance to the city center. A bus stops right outside, and a grocery store is nearby. Ekeby bruk and Friskis & Svettis are just a few minutes' walk away, and the area has very nice green spaces.
