I want to rent out my apartment for at least 6 months because I’m moving in with my boyfriend! It's an attic apartment located in the pleasant Olskroken neighborhood. These apartments were completed at the beginning of 2026 so everything is new and I am the first tenant. It is located in 'central' Olskroken, so it's about a 4-5 minute walk to both the tram and the grocery store. The apartment is 37 square meters with high ceilings, but also many sloping ceilings :) and skylights! I would ideally like to rent it out furnished or partially furnished, for the right tenant I am flexible. If you're interested, feel free to tell me a little more about yourself and your situation!
