We are renting out our 3-room apartment located in the finest part of Järla Sjö, available indefinitely from October 1st. The apartment is open and bright, with windows on three sides and a south-facing balcony. There is an open floor plan in the hall/kitchen/living room. The hall has a wardrobe for storing clothes/shoes and a storage room is directly adjacent. The bathroom has a newly installed shower, washing machine, and dryer. The kitchen is relatively newly renovated with good space and room for a large dining table. The living room is separated from the kitchen by a wall of industrial glass which gives an open feeling, and has access to the balcony where you can place a small sofa or chair and table, along with a grill. There is a larger bedroom, which also accommodates an office corner, and a smaller bedroom that suits well as a children's room or extra room/office. Buses are nearby and take about 10 minutes to Slussen. There are many preschools/schools in the area, the playground is located just below, and just a few minutes' walk away you can reach the pier for a swim! Walking distance to both Sickla and Nacka Forum. Other: - A small storage room of about 2 sqm is available in the apartment, unfortunately, there is no external one. - There is a bicycle room and a garbage room in the building. - Rent includes heating, water, electricity, internet. - Parking must be arranged separately (400 SEK / month via Parkando) Feel free to get in touch!
