Our charming stone house from the 1940s is located in Borrby "Österlens Hjärta" and can accommodate up to 6 people, has a pleasant room distribution over two floors, and is bright and spacious. Already at the entrance, one is met by a calm atmosphere that continues throughout the house. The house is created and decorated with care and a focus on functionality. The house, with its quiet and private garden, is located in the older part of Borrby with only 4km to the sea and sandy beach. All necessities in the village are within walking distance. Here, there is a grocery store with post office, pharmacy, bank, some shops, café, beautiful church, and bus connections to Ystad and Simrishamn. In Borrby, there are preschool and elementary school for children grades F-6. We took over the house in February 2021 and immediately began a renovation with the goal of maintaining and recreating period-appropriate charm. The house consists of 3.5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining room, a living room, and a kitchen. In the basement, which is unfinished, there is a washing machine, dryer, and storage space. In the garden, you are greeted by a calm patio and a bright little outdoor room, which can surely be the perfect spot in the evening or on a rainy day - spring, summer, and autumn alike. Cost: 13,000 SEK/month in base rent Electricity, heating, and waste management are additional, approximately 2,500-4,000 SEK/month depending on summer or winter. We rent the house fully furnished monthly. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Area In the heart of Österlen, between Simrishamn and Ystad lies the historic and proud village of Borrby. It's 4km to Borrbystrand with a mile-long lovely white sandy beach.
