The residence is a detached house on our property with its own entrance and parking along the street. There is a combined kitchen and living room, in the living room it is open to the ridge and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a tiled bathroom with washing machine and towel dryer, underfloor heating on the entire ground floor. On top of the bedroom and WC there is a small loft of about 10m2, the total area is about 45m2. The residence is rented out partially furnished. The rent (7000 SEK/month) includes heating, hot and cold water, household electricity, garbage, and internet.
