Our apartment on Erstagatan is empty when we travel abroad, and we are looking for someone to take care of it in the meantime. It's a bright three-room apartment of 97 m² at the very top of the building, sixth floor with an elevator. Balcony and terrace, and because we are at the corner of Erstagatan/Folkungagatan, we get light from several directions throughout the day. The bathroom and hallway are newly renovated. Marble in the bathroom, bathtub placed by the window, custom built-in vanity. In the hallway, built-in wardrobes, seating niche, and a full wall mirror. Upstairs, there is an extra room that works excellently as a bedroom or guest room. The apartment is rented out fully furnished and equipped - kitchen with everything you need, bed linen, towels, broadband. The only thing you need to bring are your own belongings. LOCATION Södermalm at its best. Nytorget, Vitabergsparken, and the restaurants and cafés on Folkungagatan are around the corner. Fjällgatan's view is a short walk away. Bus right outside the door and walking distance to the subway at Medborgarplatsen. INCLUDED IN THE RENT Heating, water, household electricity, broadband, and cable TV. THE PERIOD Moving in January 29, 2027, moving out no later than 12:00 PM on March 10. Within these times, the dates are flexible. Those who book the entire period are prioritized.
