Hello! My name is Melissa and I am studying at SLU. This fall, I will be doing my master's abroad and will therefore rent out my apartment in Håkanstorp for a year, from October 2026 to June 2027 with the possibility of extension. The apartment is a spacious and pleasant 2-room unit of 60 sqm, fully furnished and perfect for one or two people. It is located in a quiet area, just a 10-minute walk from Värnhem, where you will find several bus connections. Nearby, there are also affordable grocery stores like Lidl, Lucu Foods, and Abous Multifood, as well as beautiful green areas like Bulltoftaparken. The apartment also includes a storage room. The apartment has a renovated kitchen with a gas stove, a large fridge and freezer with an ice maker, and a dishwasher. The bedroom is spacious and equipped with a 180 cm bed and built-in wardrobes. The living room has plenty of space for both a dining table and a sofa group and leads out to a balcony overlooking the cozy courtyard. In the courtyard, there are several fruit trees and three barbecue areas - perfect for summer evenings! The rent includes electricity, internet, and heating, and there is an option to register at the address.
